Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The handbag must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect handbag, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
